Save treadmill workout stats from a photo
After a treadmill run, it's easy to forget your exact pace or skip noting your numbers. Snap a photo of the console screen and CardioSnapr reads your stats, lets you check them, then saves or exports your workout log — no manual typing.

Beta: AI extraction can misread some console photos, so always check your stats before saving.
How it works
- Snap or upload a photo. Take a photo of the treadmill console right after your workout — straight-on, full screen. Or upload from your camera roll.
- Check the extracted stats. CardioSnapr reads the numbers from your photo and shows you every field before saving. Edit anything that looks wrong.
- Save, copy, or export. Save to your workout history, copy a text summary, export to CSV, or email it to yourself.
What treadmill stats can it capture?
CardioSnapr reads whatever is shown on the treadmill console screen. Common stats include:
- Duration
- Distance (km or miles)
- Speed (km/h or mph)
- Pace (min/km or min/mile)
- Calories
- Incline (%)
- Heart rate (bpm)
- Elevation gain (where shown)
Works best when
- Fill the frame with the console screen.
- Shoot straight-on, not at an angle.
- Avoid glare — move slightly if gym lighting reflects off the screen.
- Take the photo before the summary screen resets.
Frequently asked questions
- Which treadmill brands work with CardioSnapr?
- Most major brands with a digital display — NordicTrack, LifeFitness, Precor, Technogym, Matrix, and most other commercial and home treadmills. If your treadmill has a screen showing stats, CardioSnapr can usually read it.
- What treadmill stats does CardioSnapr extract?
- Duration, distance, calories, speed, pace, incline, and heart rate. Not every treadmill displays all of these — CardioSnapr reads whatever is on screen and leaves other fields blank for you to fill in.
- Does it work with incline treadmill workouts?
- Yes. If incline is shown on the console, CardioSnapr captures it.
- How accurate is the stat extraction?
- Very good for clear, straight-on photos of well-lit consoles. AI can misread crowded screens or figures that are partially cut off, so always check the result before saving.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Guest Beta gives you 3 free scans with no account. Free Beta (free account) gives 20 scans per month.
